Share Christ, Build Believers!
The month of September marks the beginning of our church calendar with small groups, HIS Kids, and choir ministry all starting up after summer break. And at the beginning of another year, it is good to pause and reflect again on our mission at East Berlin Community Church, which is to 'Share Christ and Build Believers.' That's why God has us here on earth. We are to be disciples of Christ making disciples for Christ. The question, 'How are disciples made or built" is intriguing on two counts. First, we are believers in the process of being built up in Christ, and Secondly, we are to share Christ and then build up believers. This sermon re-examines again Jesus' marching orders to his church to 'Go, Make Disciples, Baptizing, and Teaching'.
