My thoughts are nothing like your thoughts, says the Lord. And my ways are far beyond anything you could imagine, say the Lord in Isaiah 55. So why do we listen to our hearts and lean on our own understanding? We are bounded by time, evilness, ourselves, and this physical work. God is not bound by anything and can provide all the answers. Stop trusting yourself and seek His thoughts and commune with Him. Stop trying to get saved, but confess and repent.
