The evening sermon will take up the third leg of the foundation of what it means to be a "plant-able-soil congregation - Our Plan: Preach the Word to Have Disciples. This is what we see at Titus 1.1-3. Earlier I was of the mind to preach this at Romans 10, 14, 15 but after our study together I wanted to deal with Titus a bit. The issue of significance for Paul as he writes to Titus about the work that needed to be done at Titus is the same work needing constant attention in every true church, and the absence of this describes the false church. Please come back Sunday night for this important foundational sermon. ------------- Scripture Reading: Titus 1.1-3 Text: Titus 1.1-3 Sermon: "Our Plan: Preach the Word to Have Disciples" ----------------- Theme: A plant-able-soil-congregation knows that preaching is commanded by God to build
This God-commanded preaching 1. …will grow the congregation as the elect are brought in

4. ….is the clear command of God to build His church
