It is midnight after a momentous day for the apostles. On the way to pray, a fortune teller girl starts calling out to Paul. Irritated, Paul casts the evil spirit out of this girl, and causes great anger amongst her masters who now realise that they can no longer profit from her fortune telling abilities.
Paul and Silas are siezed, whipped, beaten and then cast into prison. Despite their terrible predicament, they are then found undertaking the most alien of activities for the environment they are in: praying and singing praises to God.
