There are ultimately two kinds of people in the world, those delighting in the ungodly ways of sinners, and those delighting in Christ. Psalm 1 describes the way of happiness of the blessed man - the Gospel man - the man who trusts and treasures Jesus Christ above all earthly things. He will be like a tree planted in the living waters, producing fruit in its season.
