The church at Thessalonica was a relatively young church when the Apostle Paul penned his first epistle addressed to them, yet they were able to accomplish many great things in such a short span of time. Throughout the epistles that he penned; Paul mentions the names of men who co-labored with him that were from Thessalonica. In the first message of a series about how to serve the Living and True God, Pastor Sargent speaks about what was it that made these men, and others from the church so effective. First and foremost, an effective servant must have a solid platform on which to stand; They must be sure of their standing in Christ!
