Sermon Outline for Sunday, August 24, 2014 Fellowship Baptist Church Senior Pastor R. Rubino
T.G Part 11 “Beheading Children: Apostate Christians and Muslims!”: Exposition-Galatians 4:8-11
1)Before the Gospel message was brought to the Galatians and the World, all Nations were trapped in gross idolatry. Human sacrifice, infanticide, and Female oppression were normal aspects of worship for every society. This is the fruit of Godless external religion. Apostate Christianity and Islam are bringing us back into the Pre-Reformation Dark Ages.(Galatians 4:8; Articles on Abortion and Beheadings) 2)The Apostate Church in America and Europe has fallen into the Galatian trap. They have abandoned the true faith which begins with a new heart, for a dead external religion of ceremony.(Galatians 4:9; Jeremiah 31:31-34) 3)The Holy Ghost lives in the heart of God’s people. God wants true worship, not empty rituals. The Apostle Paul would be just as afraid today of the condition of Americans, Europeans, and Australians who once knew the true Gospel.(Galatians 4:10,11; Isaiah 1:10-20; Matthew 15:1-9)

Much-Needed Reminders 1 NOT I, but Christ, be honoured, loved, exalted;
Not I, but Christ, be seen, be known, be heard;
Not I, but Christ, in every look and action;
Not I, but Christ, in every thought and word.
2 Not I, but Christ, to gently soothe in sorrow;
Not I, but Christ, to wipe the falling tear;
Not I, but Christ, to lift the weary burden;
Not I, but Christ, to hush away all fear.
3 Not I, but Christ, in lowly, silent labour;
Not I, but Christ, in humble, earnest toil;
Christ, only Christ! no show, no ostentation;
Christ, none but Christ, the gatherer of the spoil.
4 Christ, only Christ, ere long will fill my vision;
Glory excelling, soon, full soon, I'll see ---
Christ, only Christ, my every wish fulfilling ---
Christ, only Christ, my All in all to be.
