Discouragement always follows anger, and is the cause of most of the misery of the human race. It is always based on the lies of the devil and never on the promises of God. We have the instructions and the means to prevent it and to deal with it when it overcomes us. We just do not do enough to fight this plague of the soul, not only in our personal life, but to help those around us who are fighting this monster, also. We should do our best to encourage one another, in our home and family, in our church, and even those we come in contact with. When you encourage a heart you have won that heart. We never forget that encouraging word someone gave us when we needed it most.
