As He grew up, the carpenter's son, Jesus had to learn to use a level. Jesus is still using a "level," love, and love needs humility. Love is the "great equalizer," all egos must be "leveled." The heart needs to be humbled to truly love. Humility is needed to love, to get along, because pride repels others. It also takes humility to receive God's love.
