Convicting Thankful I can still hear my dad’s voice preaching God’s Word through this app. Miss him so much. Needed this sermon today. So convicting!

Powerful. A powerful and searching message! A very needed, biblical, condemnation of sin. In the biblical perspective of Judgment, the salvation by Christ shines more gloriously.

It's the Application The numerous positive comments here caught my eye, so I listened to this yesterday. A friend of mine, who has visited Grace RBC many times, often hears numerous preachers here in Grand Rapids and says there is just something missing. The missing element is doubtless application.(of course he dearly loves Gary Hendrix) That is why a message like this stands out. I was mowing the lawn today and still thinking over this sermon. The reason is one can't hear this preaching properly and go on without diligent self-examination. No matter how long we have been in the way, we fear self-deception and that is what drives us to Christ and away from self-trust.

Gary has served at Grace for over 45 years as the primary preaching pastor. He grew up in Winston-Salem, NC and attended Piedmont Bible College (now Piedmont International University). He was called to Grace Reformed in 1970 while still completing his studies at Piedmont. Gary...
