When we are overwhelmed with the difficulties of life, it often appears that He is not in control or His control is not taking things in a direction that we like or are comfortable living under. Since God intends that we walk by faith and not by sight we must know just Whom we are trusting in. Here we continue our study of the future events that God has promised to bring to completion in His dealings with this world in rebellion especially looking at the hatred of God that is part of the natural or unsaved man. This hatred will ultimately show itself with the world united against Him and gathering together to fight Jesus Christ as He returns. Just prior to His return great events will take place in the heavens. The sun will be darkened and the moon will not give its light and the powers of the heavens will be shaken. Here we look at the sign of His coming. As the earth sees this Son of God, our Lord coming in great power and glory the tribes of the earth will mourn. Those that mourn the right way will call on Him as their Messiah and their mourning will be turned to joy while the rest will mourn the awful judgment that is about to fall on them. Others will have been waiting for this the day of their redemption and they will rejoice and lift up their heads at His promised coming and in expectation of the wonderful things that are about to occur on this earth by His hand. Here we look at the regathering of the people of Israel from over the whole earth at the time of the return of Jesus Christ , with an emphasis on how God always keeps His word just as He has promised. It may be a day or thousands of years, but He will always do as He has promised
