The word "murmuring" means to mutter, debate, grumbling, grudging, a private expression of discontent, to complain in a low tone, or to make sounds that are not fully intelligible. In other words you have something you wish to say but for some reason just not out loud. Perhaps the timing is not right, you don't have the courage to express it out loud, maybe you need more support for your position, or you're wrong and know it but you ain't happy and that is all that matters to you. It seems when we murmur it has something to do primarily with change either something changed or it needs to change. The fact of the matter is that we don't always get our way and solutions should be sought out instead of lowering ourselves to murmuring.
