Greg Buchanan, a summer intern at Tri-County Bible church, opens this message by asking what will have given our lives significance if we could fast-forward to the end. With that theme in mind, he turns to Psalm 90 for a meditation on the eternality of God as well as the idea that man's brief existence is presumption. Here's a quote from the message …

“The missionary Nate Saint was sitting down at his typewriter one Sunday afternoon, and I really appreciate how he expressed this. He said, ‘If God would grant us the vision, the word sacrifice would disappear from our lips and thoughts. We would hate the things that seem now so dear to us. Our lives would suddenly be too short. We would despise time-robbing distractions, and charge the enemy with all our energies in the name of Christ.'â€
