Following an update on the work of the Trinitarian Bible Society, we consider Galatians 2, where the apostles are described as 'pillars' in the church.
We too should seek to be pillars within the local church, and in this Bible Study, we see three key features that are vital to our faith:
1) pillars need a firm foundation. Our foundation is the person and work of Jesus Christ.
2) pillars must be upright. We need to be trustworthy and have integrity.
3) pillars are ornamental. Do we adorn the doctrines of our Saviour, and does our walk recommend Him to the lost?
Here is a challenge for every believer, that we might strive to walk worthy of our Saviour.
