God put enmity between the seed of the Serpent and the seed of the woman. The seed of the Serpent are those whose souls are under the influence of Satan, whether they know it or not. The seed of the woman refers to the people whose souls are truly submitted to God and live under his influence, which is precisely what the grace of God is. We have the assurance from Genesis 3 through the end of Revelation that the righteous will always triumph in the end. Therefore, we should fight on and stand for righteousness in this evil day. "...for If God be for us, who can be against us?"
