In a society where God (and His law) is ignored as essentially irrelevant to public morality and policy, and where the governing authorities (legislative and judicial) are mounting overt assaults on the other God ordained institutions in the exercise of their unique rights and responsibilities, how are Christians to exercise godly dominion?
