In this final segment of the brief series, we look at the "happy conclusion to a cloudy day." The fact that David confessed that he was "poor and needy" but that the Lord thought upon Him shows us 1) how utterly dependent we are on the Lord for everything; that God's thoughts are His sovereign plan that is being carried out without fail; and that His thoughts toward His people can ONLY be good and gracious thoughts.
