Lesson 1 Jesus Came to rescue. Proclamation Safari Park.Luke 2:1-20 Shepherds of the countryside of Bethlehem took good care of their sheep. Every day they moved them from place to place to ensure that there was plenty of grass to feed them. Every night they stood watch over them. As far as the shepherds were concerned, there was nothing unusual about the night Jesus was born that is, until an Angel appeared to them and a great light shone upon them. The shepherds found the savior that night just as the Angel told them. Everything the Angel said was true, and this good news was for all people. The savior came into the world not for just a select few. He came just as much for the people of today as he did for those shepherds of long ago. He is the savior of all who believe and trust in him.Jesus did not come to be only the savior of the shepherds and of those who lived at that time period he didn't come to be just the savior of the wealthy and famous he did not come to be just the savior of the extremely good people of the world he came to be the savior of us all he came to be your savior.
