Kevin DeYoung, author and Senior Pastor at University Reformed Church in East Lansing, Michigan, has written a series of blog posts on this subject entitled, "Missional Misfire". His comments about being missional are written in light of his critique of the book "Missional Renaissance: Changing the Scorecard for the Church” by Reggie McNeal.
Although Kevin has been on the program a few times, he is very busy (pastoring, writing and speaking) so I did not even try to get him to come on the program today to discuss these posts. Rather, on today's program I would simply like to comment on and discuss what he wrote.
