This verse is a continuation of the vision that started in chapter 10. In verse 1 of Chapter 12 we find our self half way through the tribulation period, the anti-Christ is in power and his authority is unquestioned. The first half of the tribulation we find the nation of Israel has been deceived and they believe that everything is being restored and the anti-Christ is their Messiah. They are not the only ones deceived but the whole world seems to have been convinced that this is the Messiah and the ruler. We find here in this verse that Michael the Archangel and prince of Israel stands up....this message talks about why Michael stands up and what is about to happen at this point in the tribulation period.
