When you worship, whom are you worshipping? God, you, your feelings, your emotions...? True worship has little to do with the music. I'm talking "true worship". The Psalms King David wrote demonstrate "worship" coming out of a man whose heart is after God. Wouldn't that be a good model. His entire focus was on God. God was the object of his worship. Not on how he felt or how many goose bumps he got. I will suggest to you that your conduct is your greatest demonstration of your worship. Not the songs most churches sing every Sunday. Is God even mentioned in most "Christian" and/or "Worship" songs most churches sing and play?
