On the program today, I will talk about Justice Antonin Scalia’s dissent in the recent Supreme Court same-sex rulings. While some liberals have tried to dismiss his comments as little more than an angry rant, I found his comments to be quite disturbing - as they revealed what is really going on behind the scenes at the US Supreme Court. Specifically, Justice Scalia points out 'It is one thing for a society to elect change; it is another for a court of law to impose change by adjudging those who oppose it... enemies of the human race.” Does that title really fit those who merely disagree with the majority opinion of the court? Does that title really fit those who are holding to a position about marriage that has historically been held by universally from the beginning of time? And what are the ramifications of the liberal members of the court thinking this way?
