Dr. John Whitcomb gives an overview of Israelite worship in this message. He shows how the Old Testament chosen people of God served Him first in the Tabernacle, then later in Solomon's Temple (which will not be duplicated for its glory, even in the coming millennial kingdom). By contrast, since 70 A.D. there has been no place for Israelites to offer legitimate sacrifices. However, this will change in the coming kingdom -- although Israel must first endure the tribulation before the nation is saved and brought by God's grace to that glorious, future day. As you listen to this message, focus on the glory of God and His coming kingdom -- and thank Him that as a believer today you have the sure hope that you will not need to suffer through the horrors of the tribulation.
