Back of all evangelism is God's almighty call, that call that quickens and convicts and breaks down the old sinner who is dead in trespasses and in sins. Under the authority of Him who died, we go forth to proclaim the Gospel of God's sovereign grace. And we go as His ambassadors, utterly dependent on HIM to bring the results.
We must do the work of evangelism, yet we must never depend on our work but on HIS.
May He grant us to be faithful in the proclamation of His message! The day the Lord saves you, He gives you a mission and a ministry to go out and wage warfare in this wicked world for the Kingdom of God.
