In this expository sermon Dr. Felker addresses the role of the Mosaic law. It cannot save you from the condemnation of sin, but it does show us that we are sinners, condemned to death, to point us to Jesus, who alone can save us from sin. Once saved, the believer needs to know that the Law cannot sanctify us. That's because we have died to the Law and it is useless as a means of righteousness because it is associated with the Old Covenant and gives no power to obey. Dr. Felker shows the true way of righteousness: Be joined to Christ in a saving relationship, become fruitful to Him, and serve in newness of the Holy Spirit, who both directs and empowers us. This message was preached at Harvest Christian Fellowship where he serves as Interim Pastor.
