Acts 2:22-23 says it is the predetermined plan and the foreknowledge of God and 1 Pet. 1:20 says it was before the foundation of the world. So before there was the first sinner, there was already a Savior. Before there was the first sin, there was already God's plan of salvation.

As he says, if we don't believe the first 2 books of Genesis then we have to throw out 1 or 2 NT books and if we throw those out then we have to throw out others.
If people don't believe in creation then they don't believe in a creator and then there is no accountability.
