Israel wasn't happy with God. They felt that He had unnecessarily mistreated them. However they failed to understand the nature of their God. It was their own disobedience that had caused the heartache. God had not changed - they had changed. Malachi's message: The God who has not changed calls for His people to change.

1. I Have Not Changed My Person (3:6a) 2. I Have Not Changed My Position (3:6b-7a) 3. I Have Not Changed My Precepts (3:7b-9) 4. I Have Not Changed My Promise (3:10-12)
