We want to look at the Pharisee Gamaliel this morning, he is an interesting case study of the fence sitter. As a doctor of the law (traditions of men in regards to the law, so just opinions instead of doctrine) he was highly thought of and known for his moderation. He was the right man for the time who chose to not make any waves, to not make a decision. But time marches on and one way or another we will go forward, it might crush us as it most likely did Gamaliel in the end, or we will go forward for the cause of Christ.
