In 1 Corinthians 12, the Apostle Paul teaches the Corinthians about the way the Gifts of the Spirit and how they impact ministry. In this Scripture, the apostle reveals that while there are many different gifts, there is only one Spirit and He only works to instill unity among the believers. In contrast, Satan works in the exact opposite fashion. He looks to promote disunity and speak lies about the gifts of the Spirit.
Nevertheless sometimes the Spirit works through "charisma" or gifts that have nothing to do with the talent or even understanding of the person. These are spiritual gifts. Other times he works through our "diakonia" (ministries or talents). And other times he works through our "energema" (what we do).
