“ Great Sermon! ” I've listened to 3 of the 26 messages in this series and thus far those 3 messages have blessed my heart. I am an ethnic Jew and a born again Christian. I trusted Christ as my Lord and Savior in March, 1974.
I was raised in liberal Reform Judaism in a Roman Catholic neighborhood in Cleveland, Ohio. We (our family and other Jews living in the neighborhood) were called "Christ killers" when we were growing up in the 50s and early 60s. What Bro. Monte said about the anti-semitism in the Roman Catholic Church was absolutely true. Before I trusted Christ, Roman Catholicism was my definition of Christianity and all Gentiles who went to church on Sunday were "Christians". I had no idea who or what a born again Christian was....until 1974.
