In Luke 1:39–45, we observe 4 joyful responses to the presence of the Lord in Mary's womb. I. Mary joyfully travels to visit Elizabeth with her Lord (vs. 39–40a). II. Elizabeth's baby leaps with joy in the presence of his Lord (v. 41a; 44b). III. Elizabeth is filled with the Holy Spirit in the presence of her Lord (v. 41b). IV. Elizabeth prophesies joyfully about the presence of her Lord: A. Blessed are you, Mary, His mother (v.42a). B. Blessed is He in your womb, Mary (v. 42b). C. Honored am I to have you come to me with Him (vs. 43–44). D. Blessed are you, Mary, for believing our Lord (v. 45).
