If we read Judges 16:1-3 too quickly, we might take away a very surface exposition of the text. It might be very self focused like "...see Samson was a sinner too, and God still used him, so God can use you too." But, if we do some very careful exegesis there is a much deeper, and even more accurate/correct interpretation of this scripture. It actually points wonderfully to the fact that God has and does deliver us from the control of Satan, the world and the flesh.
