The objective of worldview warfare is simple to understand: gain more power to dominate and control worldview opponents. The tactics of worldview warfare to gain control include persuasion, intimidation, and elimination. The reason for unrest in our world is due to the power struggle between opposing worldviews for who will control how we live. These tactics are used, not only by Satan, but by politicians, military strategists, journalists, gangsters, business leaders, and anyone competing for control of whose ideas will dictate how we should live. Saul Alinsky wrote in his societal-changing book, "My aim here is to suggest how to organize for power: how to get it and how to use it." Alinsky's tactics to gain social and political power have been successfully employed around the world. Alinsky also wrote, "It is a world not of angels but of angles, where men speak of moral principles but act on power principles; a world where we are always moral and our enemies always immoral." This is achieved by controlling the message. Controlling the message is of vital importance to controlling people. This is how to understand our times.
