Leviticus 21 and 22 deals with issues of who a priest can marry, whose burial the priest might attend, what disfigurements disqualify a priest and who may eat of the sacrificial foods. All in all it seems like a couple of forgettable chapters from the Old Testament Ceremonial Law.
Yet a careful consideration of what these passages show us about Jesus Christ and his bride - the church show us that, indeed, all scripture is useful.
Consider how the purity of the bride, the participation in a holy meal and the exclusion/inclusion of the blind and lame and leper show us the glory of the gospel of Christ!
