What does the Bible say about the place of repentance in the salvation of sinners?
Pastor Martin begins this brief series by looking at the prominent place given to repentance by Jesus and His Apostles in their proclamation of the Gospel.
A. Biblical evidence for the necessity of repentance:
1. The only gospel authorized by Jesus Christ contains a clarion call to repentance.
2. The only gospel preached by the Apostles contains a clarion call to repentance.

Great Sermon! I made decision for Christ in 1994 in a Charismatic Pentecostal church. When I heard this 4 x sermon series in 2007, I knew that I had never truly repented of my sin. So, through this ministry, I have repented of my sin, turned from it and have put my trust alone in Christ for my salvation. I have since moved onto a church that preaches the Gospel and preaches expositionally through the text of Holy Scripture. I realise that many people have been seduced by the prosperity and purpose-driven false gospel, so I have steered my friends to this sermon series. Thank you Pastor Martin for being faithful in preaching the only Gospel that Jesus Christ has authorised to be preached. If possible, could you please forward my appreciation and thanks to Pastor Martin. Thank you Sermon Audio... Your ministry is making a real difference.

Great Sermon! Pastor Albert's sermon is just so informative and of course a great blessing. Today with all the "strange"
gospels not according to Christ, it was a blessing to hear and see the Truth as it should be told.
I would encourage believers to pass their unconverted relations copies of this sermon.
