As we celebrate Father's Day today, we take a break from our continued series on what it means to be Reformed Baptist to turn our attention to the first Person of the Trinity – God the Father. By calling God "Father" we not only honor how He refers to Himself, but it also serves to communicate many important aspects of God's character. Today we will examine our sonship, God as our Father, as well as three important aspects of His divine character. What are the lessons from our Heavenly Father that we can mimic and learn to apply in our own lives as fathers, be we either spiritual or physical fathers? Can we be perfect as He is perfect? We hope you'll join us this week for our special Father's Day sermon titled "God the Father" as we look to address these topics and more.
