This message was given by Pastor Jonathan Stobbs as he continued his evening ministry in Paul's Epistle to the Philippians. When a church is divided it causes great harm to the cause of Christ. Paul loves the Philippian church, but he is grieved when he hears of the split that is taking place because of the disagreement of two women, Euodia and Syntyche. Paul, as a loving Pastor, urges the two women to cease in their argument and to come together and allow peace to reign. In these verses, Pastor Stobbs draws out some more of the steps to peace that Paul underlines. Unity and agreement are things that should be treasured in the true church of Christ, as we labour and serve towards that great day of Christ's return. Are you someone who is a blessing to others? Or are you a troublemaker? Paul's plea was to let peace reign as the church stands on the foundation of the Lord Jesus Christ.
