After all, that’s what they’re paid to do, isn’t it? You see yourself as a layman. But there is no such thing as a layman in the Bible. In the New Testament, every believer in Jesus Christ is a minister and priest before God. Every believer is to be a functioning member of the Body of Christ, with a God-given ministry to fulfill using grace gifts. Everyone is needed and we need one another. Church work is team work.
