We begin studying the Sixth Triumph (Revelation 21:1-27) of the Seventh Heptad (The Seven Triumphs), "The Triumph of the Covenant of Grace", with a "fly over" study of the forest before we get down into the trees of the chapter. With the help of the Westminster Confession 7:2-4, and comparisons of the beginning of the Book of Beginnings (Genesis) with the ending of the Book of Blessings (Revelation), we see striking similarities of the Proto-evangelium in Genesis 3:15 blooming into its full flower in the New Heavens and the New Earth of Revelation 21, and we rejoice in seeing that this mysterious Kingdom of Heaven (through the parables of Matthew 13) is already growing up on and throughout the old earth within us who are already new creatures in Christ, the Minister of the New Covenant to His holy nation of priests through His everlasting blood.
