'During a press conference with reporters in Germany today, Obama insisted the lawsuit before the Supreme Court “should be an easy case.” He adds, “frankly, it probably shouldn’t even have been taken up... Obama asserted that there were several scenarios that would derail his plans, if individuals wanted to disrupt his efforts. “This would be hard to fix,” he said. “Fortunately, there’s no reason to do have to do it, it doesn’t need fixing.”
