Those familiar with Benny Hinn's performances and prophecies will immediately recognise the trademark of this age – deception (cf. Matthew 24:4,5,23&24; 2 Peter 2:1-3, 18).
In the course of this message, the following points are considered:
1. The BLUEPRINT For Benny's Bandwagon ...
His theological background and broadcasting network (TBN) are examined.
2. The BEHAVIOUR On Benny's Bandwagon ...
A trip with Benny Hinn will bring you into the highly dubious 'signs-and-wonders' districts of extreme Charismaticism:
• The Sickness Business, and • The 'Slayings in the Spirit' Phenomenon
are analysed.
3. The BELIEFS / BLASPHEMIES From Benny's Bandwagon ...
Contrary to the warnings of God's Book not to add to (or take away from) this completed revelation, Hinn craves after, and claims, fresh revelations!
His HERESIES include teaching on:
• The Godhead, • The Person and Work of Christ, • The Nature of God's People, • The Creation, • The Communication of Salvation, • The Blasphemy of the Roman Catholic Mass.
His FALSE PROPHECIES encompass:
• American homosexuals to be incinerated, • Revival to come to Cuba, • Dead to be raised in front of TV screens, • Jesus to appear physically at his Crusades.
A voice of warning must be raised against such blatant deception (2 Timothy 4:1&2)!

Great Sermon! Beware people of Hinn or those like him. They give a false hope and a false gospel. If the focus is on man or if it lifts up man's emotions and does not give God the Glory then it is an idol. Don't make anyone or your emotions an idol. No man has the gift of healing as it was not an Apostolic Gift to be passed on. God can heal in His sovereignty and you should come to God through The Lord Jesus Christ. Anyone that claims send money in order to be healed is a thief and a false prophet. You can't bribe God nor should you test Him. You may think it is harsh for me to say so but Benny Hinn is not the spokesman of anyone other than himself. Did the Apostles ever charge for healing or did the Lord Jesus charge money to heal people. People didn't have to sow a seed to them and you should keep your money and not give it to a TV Thief.

Great Sermon! To the Rev Ian Brown and all who posted their comments inregard to Benni Hinn.As a child of God who loves not only Him, but all that has to do with His Kingdom, including His children and servants. It pains me to hear and read all that is writting against this servant of the most High God,Benni Hinn.I have listened to many Preachers preach, whether it be DT Jakes,Creflo Dollar,Jesse or any other well known preacher inclding Benni Hinn.I can tell you, I have not found any of them to be perfect, and rightfully so,for none under the sun is.I personaly think that we as the church would be of great service to the Lord if we could just find it in our hearts to stop this spiritual stone throwing at His ministers, cause realy this does not only hurt them, but the Master as well.need I remind you of the scripture:"touch not my annointed and do my prophets no harm".we are members of one body, born of the same Spirit,no man in his right mind would cause harm to his own body.A servant of God can make error whether to the interpretation of a scripture, doctrine or incorrect prophecy, that doesnt however make them fals prophets, that simply means that one has made a error inregard to scripture.according to the bible a fals prophet is not one who makes a mistake, its one who totaly denies Jesus.

Great Sermon! I personally attended a Benny Hinn crusade here in Chicago, Illinois, in the summer 2004. I went with a former American Lutheran Church (Traditionalist Lutheran) young man that I personally lead to the LORD JESUS CHRIST THROUGH THE SECOND-BIRTH of ST. JOHN CHAPTER 3. When the time came to pray publicly; I got up and prayed with all the VEHEMENT strength that I had (as I figured that the "Pentecostal" Brethren are more "Generous" or "Liberal" in THAT FORM OF EXPRESSION IN WORSHIP). ALBEIT, I WAS TOLD BY AN USHER TO SIT DOWN; AS, HE SAID, I WAS TAKING THE ATTENTION AWAY THAT SHOULD RIGHTFULLY BE GIVEN TO THE SPEAKER (BENNY HINN). I told him; SHOULDN'T ALL THE ATTENTION BE GIVEN TO THE LORD JESUS CHRIST; AND HE/HIM ALONE BE GIVEN ALL THE GLORLY IN WORSHIP--ESPECIALLY DURING AND IN PRAYER ? I WAS STILL SILENCED; THAT BENNY HINN SHOULD GET ALL THE GLORY. I SUPPOSE THAT BENNY HINN HIMSELF WANTS TO "DROWN" IN ALL THAT "GLORY"; AND THEN CLAIMS TO GIVE "ALL" THE "GLORY" AND "CREDIT" TO THE "HOLY SPIRIT": CONTRARY TO THE AUTHORIZED HOLY BIBLE. That, to me, is a SEAL that BENNY HINN IS INDEED A FALSE PROPHET, GLORY HOUND, CHARLATAN, DECEIVER, PAPIST, AND "PUSSY-FOOTING PUSHER OF THE "POPE" OF ROME: THAT HISTORIC ANTI-CHRIST OF ANTI-CHRISTS IN THE SATANIC VATICAN THAT HINN SO HONORS !

Be careful... I am going to listen to this sermon and it will propably help me to understand your comments. I DO believe that Hinn is a false prophet and that his teachings are wrong.
But most of the commentators are careful not to get trapped with false doctrine. Though I think you are right with Hinn, please be careful how you talk about him. We should speak the truth in love.
Be careful! With doctrine and with the way you defend your doctrine.

Benny Hinn - The Devil's Emissary! Benny Hinn is the absurd Headliner in Satan's Lunatic Side Show. I cannot imagine anyone in whom the Holy Spirit truly dwells falling for his bombastic blasphemy.
The elect do have free will to make certain choices in daily behavior, regarding which the Holy Spirit will convict us when the need be, but we cannot fall into apostasy. God will not allow it. In that, I rest assured!
Benny Hinn is a screaming indicator that we have been living in the Last Days. He is definitely a false prophet as well as a part of the anti-christ system.

Sucked in by Counterfeit Christianity! Hinn is very skillful. He knows how to manipulate his audience. They give money and go home thinking that they have communed with God.
Thinking that they are "better people" for the experience, usually poor and uneducated and worse off when he leaves. Benny goes home with $Millions (some have suggested $86M) annually from his exhaustive world snake oil show.
I guess the problem with Hinn and his ilk is that they lead people astray from the true Christ, which further down the line can result in bitterness and disappointment. False conversions built upon shifting sand.
Benny will have to answer to the Greatest who knows his mind, his every word, his thoughts, and deepest intentions.
I have watched his persuasive "feel good" charade; his communicating with the dead woman, etc., etc.
He absolutely teaches a false doctrine; "Hinn's Hindering Hints."

Benny Hinn - Sorcerer and False Prophet! The Benny Hinn Revival SHOW – Sucked in by Counterfeit Christianity.
Satan is the great counterfeiter, the liar of all liars. Emotional responses, money giving, psychological temporary healing, wailing, and fever-pitched singing are no proof of anything. People think they are getting closer to God when in fact they are being kept from a real and personal encounter and life with Christ.
Mass hypnosis, the power of suggestion, the desire to conform are all part of the plan. Hitler used the same tactics.
Hinn & Co. know the outcome and the promised yield of the "cash cow" before the first song or first "healing" ever takes place. They do market projections and profiles of the places they plan to visit and fleece. This is not to say that these Hinn Crusade people are not sincere, just sincerely wrong. Is there a connection with Hinn and his Muhammaden roots, the constant quest for money?
As Christ said to the Pharisees, "Ye go ten miles out of your way to make a convert only to make him twice the devil you are." Benny creates still more false prophets with his magic and vanishing act.

Great Sermon! I have a videotape from cultlink.com where Benny exposes his Roman Catholic view of communion on TBN. He said the "Catholics are right about this" also, so this comment is not surprising to me.
But nowadays with Benny Hinn and his type being almost the only media persons seen as what Christianity is to unbelievers, such doctrine is not even taken seriously anymore.
Another example is the other well known preacher TD Jakes who denys the Trinity and is of the oneness pentecostal heresy.
Just to go to a church nowadays you have to write to the pastor to verify the specific doctrine he teaches and accepts, otherwise you may end up falling into these heresies and thinking "Well it's no big deal, God understands".

Christians Need To Hear This! I thought the message about Benny Hinn was definitely something many Christians need to hear. I am afraid many are beind deceived by Mr. Hinn and others like him. My prayer is that God will continue to use Rev. Brown and other men of God to sound the alarm. Thank you very much, and God Bless.

Great Sermon! Thanks for the sermon. This is a really sound refutation of Hinn's herectical views and prophecies. May we have grace when dealing with those who Hinn has deceived.

GREAT TEACHING Great Teaching- I enjoyed the message. I live in Dallas-and am surrounded by much of this False Teaching, because even though we have many fine true Bible Teaching churches in this part of the USA, I would agree that for the most part it is the proponents of Falsehoods that seem to be the most visible and popular. Only God knows Benny Hinn's heart- I just know that many are being deceived, and many will not heed to sound doctrine even when exposed. People tend to like what makes them feel good. Here in the USA, there is a very fine line between Entertainment/ and TV Ministry. It is very powerful...and very profitable. My concern is that there are many sincere people who are being led astray. At this point in addition to exposing the error- we need to earnestly pray that God will continue to raise up bold voices like Rev. Brown's. In my own way I have tried to do this also.....but it is difficult because many have exalted these leaders almost to the platform of Jesus......whenever you speak against them you are subjected to ridicule- and then made to feel guilty for condemning "God's Anointed". Keep praying and keep teaching!

As a former unbeliever As a former unbeliever I had watched Hinn and I had an inner sense that there was something very disturbing in what I was watching.
Now as a believer and looking into the validity of Hinn, I am so pleased to have this inner feeling validated by Rev Brown and others.

The Truth About Hinn! I just listened to Pastor Brown's message from 6/12/05 concerning Benny Hinn. I'm glad to know that others know the truth about this apostate devil. It seems that most people you talk to today are either Hinnites or just don't want to respond to the truth. As a Baptist preacher it does my heart good to hear of those who are not afraid to name names and who will take a stand for God without compromise.

Great Sermon! Good job Pastor Ian!
I appreciate this message. It is critical for Christian pastors and laymen to defend our faith against the Word of Faith Movement and it's heretical leaders, men like Kenneth Copeland, Paul Crouch, and Benny Hinn.

About Benny Hinn First of all, I didn't yet listened to the sermon. I once been beleiving that Mr Hinn was really a minister of God, but thanks to God my eyes have been opened thanks to watchmen and berean like christian websites. I have seen a video concerning Mr Hinn that is I think very intersting to see. Any who doesn't really know Mr Hinn will get to know him through this Video. you can get it at http://www.letusreason.org/hin n.vid.htm
I am not into advertisment, I hope that this message can be read.
God bless you.

The Traveling Circus! 2 Corinthians 11:13-15 surely speaks regarding Benny and his traveling circus: "For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into the apostles of Christ. And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light. Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their works."

Great Sermon! This is an excellent sermon. It is full of facts and information about the deception of the ministry of Benny Hinn and no doubt a sermon which every Christian should hear. May the Lord use this sermon to bring many into the truth of His Word.
