We have seen how we can touch Jesus, we have seen how we need him to continuously touch us. Tonight we are going to take a quick peak at why we need him to continuously touch us. Because sin is constantly trying to touch us. Sin is a monster, as we all know. It is a callous shadow that is ever lurking, counting down the time to take it's next victim. And that is not too hard of a task, but sin is still clever about it anyway. Thanks to Adam's rebellion back in the garden mankind has had to deal with sin. Our flesh longs for it because it is it's nature. This beast will do whatever it takes to win with it‘s coordinated attacks. It will offer us whatever we want any time and anywhere. And will bring with it a costly calamity. One person put it this way: we choose sin because we believe at that moment sin has more to offer us than god, that the sin is better for us than what god has for us. Would you please note a few things about how sin works to touch us.
