We are to wait for/look to God alone (vv. 1, 5). II. How are we to do it? We are to wait for God alone “in silence.” (vv. 1, 5) III. What are we not to do? We are not to trust in unlawful and lawful means (vv. 9, 10). IV. What helps us to do this? Knowing what man is and who God is (vv. 9-12).
