Sadly, the most opposition I have experienced over 26 years as a Christian wife and homemaker has come from the church. Their constant pressure for women to be involved in the ministry of the church and, thus, abandon the work of their home has been hurtful and disheartening to me. These messages on homemaking and the biblical role and calling of women has been a great encouragement to me and has left me not feeling alone but part of a great company of women who still believe in biblical principals which are timeless.
