This week on “Encounter God’s Truth,” we resume our study of the account of Nebuchadnezzar’s prophetic dream in Daniel 2. In the latter part of the chapter, Daniel recounts the dream and gives the king its meaning. Dr. John Whitcomb gives us insight into this vitally important passage of Scripture in today’s lesson. Later, host Wayne Shepherd asks our teacher about the final kingdom in the dream—the “Diamond Kingdom.” Dr. Whitcomb explains the nature of this stone kingdom and how it will destroy the four world empires that Daniel had described previously. God’s Word is true from the beginning to the end! This remains constant—even in difficult, prophetic sections of the Bible. That is our message each week here on “Encounter God’s Truth.” Please join us again for more on “Daniel the Prophet—Triumph in Exile.”
