Our lives are enriched by moving us toward Christ-likeness.As we come to depend on the Holy Spirit, we learn to live by, be led by, and filled with the Holy spirit.In order for the Holy Spirit to benefit our lives , we must believe the Holy Spirit exists.We also, must have a desire to be filled with the Spirit and willing to renounce all known sin.Then finally every Christian must decide each day to appropriate the Spirit who is available to us.We must decide every day which of these two forces we will give in to.The carnal sinful nature that sets our minds on the nature desire or according to the spirit we can set our minds on what the spirit desires. The spirit will shape our lives more and more into the image of Christ.
