“ Great Sermon! ” Every situation is indeed different: but if you surely raised them in the way they should have gone while young, they shall not depart. Either that is true or God is a liar, I wouldn't vouche for the latter. My parents are not saved. I am only a 21 year old woman trying to live every day for the Lord as he gives the grace to do so. Being the only one serving the Lord in a family of atheist and new agers I get told I am making a mistake but God's word should have the final authority despite our worthless emotions. I hold strong to proverbs 31 when it states that she loved her husband ALL THE DAYS of her life, and that is why I haven't dated anyone because when it is time the Lord will bring him in. My only responsibility is get educated in the things of homemaking and to more efficiently run a home and care for a husband. Dean's list in university but it's all worthless to me the higher learning is the things of God. I will raise my children the biblical way you may "not have anything to show for it" but if we do it in the right spirit and not as hypocrites our treasure in heaven and making it to heaven is all that will matter. we came in with nothing and will leave with nothing but a clean conscious before God. 😊

“ This is very sad ” I am a born again Christian. I Have one child that I homeschooled for 8 years forsaking my career and living with many needs and wants. My child at the age of 20 rejected my faith, lives like an animal. I loath my choices, and would never, ever advise anyone to commit any time to their children. My unsaved friends were laughing at me, and are laughing now too. Their children love them, got education, have jobs, families, and all is ok. My situation is very different. Wasted a lot if time, never made any money and have nothing to show for it, but daily tears and troubles. Christianity has nothing to do with how the children turn out. NOTHING. Not even a bit. Do not deceive people. My unsaved friends' children turned out just fine, but mine did not. You are wrong. That's exactly what I was living for, praying for, and hoping for. Did not happen.... I would never have children if I had another chance. NEVER.
