That really isn't the issue though; should hypocrites in the church keep someone from believing the message of the church? You have all heard it, 'If that is what a Christian is I don't want any part of it.' Can a person justify his unbelief and refusal to come to Christ on the basis that there are hypocrites in the church? I am not asking does he do it. I am asking does it justify him before God. There is no doubt that God's word condemns hypocrisy.
