In his continued response to Eliphaz' allegations; Job, not only did he: 1) acknowledge his bitter anguish and pain (1 -7). 2) yearned for death and defended his own integrity (8–13). Job therefore, proceeds to acknowledge God's frowning providence, he thirdly speaks about: 3) the pain of isolation (24 – 30). In which he highlighted: i) his rebuke of his friends for failing to show kindness to him (14 – 15a) . 3) He compared his friends to a deceitful brook (15b – 21). iii) He challenges his friends to: a) show him his error (22 – 30); b) To prove their reproof of Job, and see if it were beneficial (25 – 27) and c) To look at him and treat him justly (28 -30).
