Is worrying about something wrong? Is being anxious a moral issue? Is anxiety a medical problem? A personality thing? That is, do some just worry more than others because of their constitutional makeup? —John MacArthur (a very faithful Bible teacher) says, "Worry is inconsistent with our faith in God and is therefore unreasonable as well as sinful. Worry is characteristic of unbelief." —D. A. Carson (a brilliant NT scholar) says that worrying “constitutes some sort of denial” of what we profess to believe. Our conduct advertises loudly that we don’t really believe our Heavenly Father cares for us or will meet our needs.

4. Am I really seeking the kingdom of God or am I seeking my own kingdom?
